We are excited to have entered into a conditional lease in a brand-new medical centre in Papamoa. Draft plans and preliminary costings are complete. 

The medical centre is located in the Golden Sands subdivision of Papamoa. The newly completed development is a new single storey health and wellness centre including a medical centre, pharmacy, café, and physiotherapy.  We are now looking at adding a new dental practice within the complex.  The medical centre is aimed at alleviating the health pressures of a fast-growing Papamoa population, expected to boom to more than 40,000 by 2028.
