Dentist - Hastings 3349807

We're looking for an experienced dentist to work full time, part time or locum in this exceedingly busy general practice.

About the practice & the role:

• 4-5 days a week negotiable
• Full time - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with one late night and 1/2 day Saturday or Sunday
• Full and healthy books with very high volume of patients
• Focused on high standards of clinical care for patients
• New chairs, digital x-rays, modern rooms, new dental equipment, surgical motor, sedation, implant equipment, trios scanner and a sirona CBCT (OPG coming soon)
• Offering patients general and emergency dentistry including sedation, implants, crown and bridge and surgical extractions
• Remuneration: 40% commission for the first $450,000 in revenue - then incremental percentage increases after that; as well as potential sign on/relocation bonus and CPD allowance
• Hands on mentoring provided for treatment planning, communication and clinical skills
• Supportive, friendly staff with induction process for new employees.

About you:

• Ideally 3+ years clinical experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry
• Endo/Oral Surgery / CEREC interest and experience is ideal
• Comfortable and confident with surgical extractions
• Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
• Confident planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
