We’re looking for a values-driven, high-quality clinician to join our independently owned clinics in Napier and Hastings. All our dentists operate as contractors running their own business — you’ll have full clinical autonomy, set your own pace, and be backed by modern systems, a capable team, and premium digital tech.

About the practice & the role:

• Full time (4-5 days) - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with one late night and 1/2 day Saturday or Sunday
• Full and healthy books with very high volume of patients
• Focused on high standards of clinical care for patients
• Fully equipped digital suites which include CEREC PrimeMill, PrimePrint and CBCT
• New chairs, digital x-rays, modern rooms, new dental equipment, surgical motor, sedation, implant equipment, and trios scanner 
• Offering patients general and emergency dentistry including sedation, implants, crown and bridge and surgical extractions
• Chairside and admin staff trained in sedation monitoring and resuscitation
• Steady demand for comprehensive care and oral surgery (especially wisdom teeth)
• A tight-knit that genuinely supports each other — clinically and professionally
• Flexibility to grow: we’re open to building bespoke setups or satellite clinics with the right clinicical
• Remuneration: 40% commission for the first $450,000 in revenue - then incremental percentage increases after that; as well as potential sign on/relocation bonus and CPD allowance 
• Excellent commission potential in excess of $250,000 for general dentistry (no implants/crowns, etc.)
• Hands on mentoring provided for treatment planning, communication and clinical skills
• Supportive, friendly staff with induction process for new employees.

About you:

• Ideally 3+ years clinical experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry
• Endo/Oral Surgery / CEREC interest and experience is ideal
• Bonus:  if you’re into oral surgery or IV sedation — there’s strong regional demand, and we’re ready to support it
• Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
• Confident planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

This isn’t the place for someone who prefers working in total isolation — our current crew is social, collaborative, and enjoys a bit of banter between cases.
