We have a full-time position available in a busy practice in the sunny town of Whakatane. Ideal for a younger graduate seeking mentorship by experienced clinicians, or someone with a view to eventual ownership of a great practice. 

About the practice and the role:

• Full time 4-5 days  (Monday - Friday)
• High-end general dentistry offering patients removable prosthetics, oral and IV sedation, oral surgery, implants (placement and restoration), emergency, hygiene, perio, complex cosmetic, crown & bridge, and veneers 
• Well equipped with CBCT and scanner
• Experienced and skilled team of dentists, oral health therapist,  dental assistants and support staff
• Large patient base
• Experienced mentors happy to provide mentoring in areas you wish to improve and develop
• Remuneration: 40% commission or salaried role for 6-12 months, depending on experience
• This is a great opportunity to learn in a friendly, well-equipped surgery

About you:

• Any level of experience considered
• Confident in providing general dental care, not averse to some simple surgery
• Comfortable and capable of planning and discussing treatment plans with patients
• Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
• Caring and empathetic
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Potential view to eventual ownership
