We're looking for an experienced dentist to join the team at Wanaka Dental.

We provide a full range of dental care including implants, orthodontics, crown and bridge, aesthetic and general dentistry. The practice is fully supportive of clinicians growing their scope of treatment in areas such as digital dentistry, aligner treatments, implant placement and other areas of interest. 

About the practice and the role:

• Full time (4 days a week)
• 3 chair practice with 4 dentists, 2 hygienists/OHT, and auxiliary staff
• Modern equipment
• Healthy books 
• Full scope of dental care provided
• Locum duration: 17 July through to the end of August
• Focus on comprehensive care with digital scanners etc.
• Remuneration: 40% commission 
• Clinical Director is Dr Tony Dey, with day to day operations managed by Olivia Raffills

About you:

• BDS, DCNZ registration and APC
• Ideally 3+ years clinical experience, however will consider others
• Demonstrated experience in a similar general dentistry clinical role
• Be passionate about providing exceptional patient care
• Comfortable working within a team and also independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ideally we're looking for an experienced autonomous clinician ready to take the next step in their career. However, we would consider various other options including locums, less experienced dentists and semi-retired clinicians.
