Dentist - Masterton 3499235

Busy, modern general practice is searching for an experienced dentist to join their team.

About the practice and the role:

• Full time (Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm)
• Team consists of very experienced and skilled dentists, dental assistants, receptionist and practice manager
• Modern practice with equipment which includes rotary endo, i/o camera, i/o scanner, OPG, digital x-rays, Airflow and surgical motor
• Offering patients: general, cosmetic, and emergency dentistry with oral surgery, endo and perio
• Remuneration: 40% commission and car park provided

About you:

• Minimum of 1-2 years similar clinical experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience in a similar clinical role
• Experience with implant placement and restoration, surgical extractions and endodontics would be highly beneficial
• Confidence to plan and discuss treatment plans with your patients
• Strong work ethic
• Enthusiastic and keen to learn
• Committed to a long term position
• Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills

About the region: Masterton is the largest town in Wairarapa region, and extremely family friendly, where every March, sheep shearing is hailed as an art form. This town is the main shopping and service centre for the rural Wairarapa region. In the centre of town is the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Park, which has one of the best children’s playgrounds in New Zealand as well as a flying fox, paddle boats, bike hire, miniature train, skate park, swing bridge and mini golf course.  Masterton is also a great base to explore nearby Castlepoint, Wairarapa’s most spectacular beach, and Riversdale. And it's only a 1.5 hour drive to Wellington.
