Dentist in Napier

Modern multi-chair practice needs a new Associate dentist.

About the practice and the role:

• Full time permanent
• One hour lunch break
• 4 Chair practice with supportive and experienced team of dentist, hygienist and dental assistant
• Offering patients general treatments including crown and bridge, veneers, implants, dentures, whitening, extractions, endo, and Invisalign
• Modern equipment, including CBCT, CEREC, and on-site lab
• Long term there are potential partnership opportunities
• Mentoring available from senior clinician for the less experienced dentist
• Remuneration: up to 40%commission less lab fees based on performance. Plus fully paid subscription for Seattle Study Club Membership, and financial support for Kois or Pankey or Dawson – Study programmes

About you:

• Ideally 2+ years clinical experience, but will consider any level of experience including new grads
• Demonstrated experience in a similar general dentistry clinical role
• Someone with a keen interest in restorative, implant, and surgical work will thrive in this role
• Be passionate about providing exceptional patient care
• Dedicated to the highest standards 
• Confidence to plan and discuss treatment plans with your patients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
