This multi chair practice in the Australian capital is searching for a general dentist.
About the practice and the role:
- 4-5 Days a week (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm and Sat until 1pm also available)
- General dental treatments include implants, with a high demand for crown & bridge work
- 5 chair general and cosmetic practice offering patients ortho, implants, restorative and whitenings
- Located within a medical practice in a shopping centre with good foot traffic
- Small supportive team consists of dentists, dental assistants, and reception/practice manager
- Equipment includes OPG, digital x-rays, intra/oral camera, Exact software
- Mentoring available from senior clinicians
- Usually seeing up to 15 patients a day
- Remuneration: 40% commission and some relocation assistance provided
About you:
- Any level of experience considered - so you could be a recent grad or someone with more experience
- If you've got ortho, endo or oral surgery experience this is a bonus and can be accommodated
- Legal right to work in Australia (NZ passport holder)
- Has your AHPRA registration or prepared to get registration
- Comfortable and proficient in all general procedures
- Passionate about providing exceptional patient care
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Confident to plan and discuss treatment plans with your patients
- Enjoys working as part of a friendly and collaborative team
