We're searching for an experienced Head Receptionist to join this busy, friendly team.

About the practice and the role:

• Well established practice in Ponsonby
• High end practice with modern equipment
• Large loyal patient base
• Multi chair practice with a great team of experienced dentists, hygienists and support staff
• Treatments include: general and emergency dentistry, orthodontics (fixed, removable and clear aligners), oral surgery, endodontics, and fixed prosthodontics

About you:

• Previous dental and Exact software experience preferred
• Passionate about providing a superior patient experience
• Keen and motivated to 'own' the running of Reception
• Long term aspirations to learn management
• Previous customer service experience is a bonus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
